Database of Information on Japanese
Since its foundation in 1948, the Institute has accumulated various research materials and information on Japanese in general, or those relating to Japanese language studies or teaching Japanese as a second or foreign language to non-natives. A project has been initiated to manage the preservation and use of such materials, which includes their classification, description and the digitization. The Database of Information on Japanese is being constructed as a part of this project for the dissemination of the information widely through internet.
